he Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) has announced the recruitment of 368 Principal Scientists and Senior Scientists. The online application process will begin on 18 August 2023 and will close on 8 September 2023.

The educational qualification required for the Principal Scientist post is a Ph.D. in the relevant specialization. The educational qualification required for the Senior Scientist post is a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in the relevant specialization.

The age limit for the Principal Scientist post is 35 years and the age limit for the Senior Scientist post is 30 years.

The selection process will consist of a written examination and an interview. The written examination will be held in October 2023. The interview will be held in November 2023.

The pay scale for the Principal Scientist post is Rs. 16,000-39,100 per month. The pay scale for the Senior Scientist post is Rs. 13,000-36,600 per month.
